METHODOLOGY OF ENTRY INTO THE REGISTER OF RUSSIAN WAR CRIMINALS, COLLABORATORS AND STATE TRAITORS

The Register includes data on persons suspected and/or found guilty of the following crimes:


- War propaganda (436 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)

- Production, distribution of communist and Nazi symbols and propaganda of communist and national socialist (Nazi) totalitarian regimes (436-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);

- Justification, recognition as legitimate, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants (436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);

- Planning, preparation, unleashing and waging an aggressive war (437 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);

- Violation of the laws and customs of war (438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);

- Use of weapons of mass destruction (439 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);

- Ecocide (441 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);

- Genocide (442 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);

- Actions aimed at the violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or at the seizure of state power (109 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);

- Encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine (110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);

- Financing of actions committed for the purpose of violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or seizure of state power, change of territory or state border of Ukraine (110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);

- Treason (Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);

- Collaborative activity (111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);

- Assistance to the aggressor state (Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);

- Subversion (113 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);

- Espionage (114 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);

- Obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations (Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine);

- Unauthorized dissemination of information about the sending, transfer of weapons, armaments and war supplies to Ukraine, the movement, transfer or placement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, committed under conditions of war or a state of emergency (114-2).
