Prosecutors of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, together with law enforcement agencies of the region, identified 10 servicemen of the 404th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the Territorial Troops of the Dnieper Group of Forces of the Russian Armed Forces, involved in systematic drone attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure in the Right-Bank Kherson region.

In the occupied Hola Prystan, in the Skadovsk district of the Kherson region, several occupation police officers were killed on February 28, 2026. Among them was Veronika Velmamedova, whom the Russians presented as an activist and teacher.
