The facts of damaged and destroyed property in the Kherson Oblast will be recorded by commissions established in each hromada. This was announced by Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk during a live TV broadcast.

"During our telephone conversation, Foreign Minister Arnoldo Tinoco informed me that Costa Rica has decided to join the core group of the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine, increasing the total number of countries to 34," Dmytro Kuleba said in a statement.

The International Criminal Court (hereinafter - the Court) is the first permanent international court, established in 1998, and actually started its work in 2002. The seat of the Court is The Hague in the Netherlands.
